Easter Matcha Chocolates

3 cups (12 oz.) White Chocolate Candy Melts
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Organic Matcha
(optional Genmai Cha)

1. Melt White Chocolate with Coconut Oil in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stirring occasionally until smooth
2. Stir in Organic Matcha until the color is even
3. Carefully pour into candy molds
4. Tap molds on table top to settle
5. Optional - sprinkle Genmai Cha over the backs of the chocolates to add a great crunchy texture and toasty flavor
5. Allow to set in the freezer approx. 10 minutes
6. Remove from molds, share, enjoy, repeat
